M-POWER FOR WOMEN

Inspiring women to overcome obstacles and achieve physical fitness, self-awareness and confidence through supportive community coupled with focused, goal-oriented training and nutritional guidance. From her personal experiences, M-POWER founder, Mia, has learned that fitness offers an ideal platform for women to confirm their inner strength by systematically working through a series of small steps until reaching their goal. Each 12-week training cycle includes:

 

* WEEKLY SCHEDULE *

Mon 7:00-8:00am: Cardio & Core - Indoors at CRUfit

Tue 7:00-8:00am: Full-Body Training - Indoors at CRUfit w/Zoom option

Wed 7:00-8:00am: Yoga & Core - Indoors at CRUfit 

Thu 7:00-8:00am: Full-Body Training - Indoors at CRUfit w/Zoom option

Sun 8:00-9:30am: Trail Walk/Run (outing to one of many beautiful local Bay Area trails)
