VIEW DESCRIPTION
Open Gym allows our members to use our facilities to do a self-paced workout. When our training studios are not in use, there is a good deal of space for members to row, cycle, XC ski, use TRX, strength train or stretch. When classes are running in our studios, our members are welcome to use the stretching area outside the Cycling Theater, the alley adjacent to the Main Studio or our back patio for their self-paced workout.
