CRUfit hours are driven by our class schedule. Our doors open 30 minutes prior to our first group class. We offer morning and midday group training classes 7 days a week. Evening classes are offered Mondays through Thursdays. Personal Training can be scheduled at any time.

STREET PARKING is easy to find before 9am. It's free before the hours of 8am and after 6pm, with variable meter pricing between those hours.

The MONTCLAIR PARKING GARAGE is a convenient and reasonably priced option. The first 20 minutes is free and CRUfit sells discounted parking for $1 per hour (purchase validation stickers at our front desk before you leave the club). The garage is located at 6235 La Salle Ave, two short blocks from CRUfit. The automobile entrance to the garage is located at the top of La Salle. Use the pedestrian exit on the Medau Place side to walk down to CRUfit. The Garage is open: Monday - Saturday 7AM-9PM. Sunday 8:30AM-6PM (Free Parking All Day)
