FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

VIEW DESCRIPTION

Functional Training and Functional Movement refer to exercises and movements which are designed to deliver benefits which will be very useful in day-to-day life. CRUfit's Functional Movement classes are aimed at improving strength, flexibility and balance with progressive exercises that safely strengthen core muscles and other major muscle groups while heightening body awareness. Balance training partnered with core development minimizes risk of injuries and falls. These classes are especially suited for middle age+ adults, those transitioning from physical therapy or those in a de-conditioned state of fitness. Don’t accept dwindling strength, flexibility and balance as a natural part of aging.
