Colin Heneghan

Colin rowed for four years as a member of Dartmouth's Lightweight Crew. He was a two-time member of the varsity crew in 2011 and 2012, where he medaled at Eastern Sprints, IRA and was the most improved varsity lightweight oarsman in 2011. Colin's coaching experience includes the junior men's team and Adult Learn to Row program in Upstate New York, Texas Rowing Center and Texas Crew in Austin, Texas and Los Gatos Rowing Club in Los Gatos, CA. He currently coaches novice boys for the Oakland Strokes and Masters Women for the East Bay Rowing Club.

  • CRUfit Row offers an excellent full-body cardio workout in a rhythmic group setting. Our rowing trainers have been teaching indoor rowing for years and are skilled at helping new participants develop proper technique. Classes will vary from flowing, low-cadence long-and-steady training sessions to higher intensity, higher cadence sessions featuring a series of short intervals. Periodic indoor rowing events will be offered to allow experienced rowers to test their fitness levels.
