New for 2025! CRUfit is pleased to offer Zumba with Andreina and Adriana from Making Waves Studios (TuTh evenings) and with Emily Goldenberg (weekday mornings). There are many great reasons to add dance in our newly refreshed dance studio to your regular training regimen. Dance for cardiovascular health, weight control and stronger bones and muscles. Dance for better balance, flexibility and improved mood. Also, focusing on movement patterns while exercising has been shown to promote brain health. Let's go Dance!

For everybody and every body! Featuring a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party of Latin and World rhythms. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. You will experience boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
