With an engaging variety of exercises, CRUfit bootcamps provide a functional full-body workout that help you build strength and endurance.  These group training sessions are led by knowledgeable and experienced CRUfit instructors who will inspire you to get into a routine of regular exercise and stick with it.

 

  

VIEW DESCRIPTION

The Concept2 rowing machines used by CRUfit are the worldwide standard for testing and training competitive rowers. These machines provide an on-the-water feel during the drive phase while providing consistent, repeatable performance feedback from machine-to-machine. This allows our participants to see their fitness gains in a clear, objective way. CRUfit participants in a number of Concept2 sponsored events each year.

A workout packed with a variety of exercises that will challenge strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. If you've been getting stagnant in your training and want to move past that plateau, this class is for you.  Many different training modalities and an ever-changing mix of activities keep muscles and mind sharp to help move you to a higher level of fitness.

VIEW DESCRIPTION

Rigorous full-body cardio on the Concept2 rower interspersed with full-body strength training and core work. The sessions will combine the benefits of our indoor rowing classes (good cardio, rhythm and technique) with exercises that will complement the rowing movements while promoting the development of strength and power.
