Total Resistance Exercise (TRX) uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX training is relatively easy to learn and works well for individuals at all fitness levels. Workouts consist of a series of movements with your hands or feet in the TRX straps. 

CRUfit TRX Tone & Sculpt (2 credits) combines work on the TRX Suspension Trainer with other strength training accessories to create a fun workout designed to tone your entire body. Sculpt shoulders, arms, back, abs, legs and butt. Instructors demonstrate variations on exercises allowing you to train at the level that works for you.


CRUfit TRX Circuit (2 credits)  similar to TRX Tone & Sculpt with periodic segments of cardiovascular exercise designed to keep participant heart rates up throughout the session. Instructors demonstrate variations on exercises allowing you to train at the level that works for you.


CRUFit TRX & Kettlebell Circuit (2 credits) This class adds basic kettlebell movements to our standard TRX Circuit. Kettlebells are a wonderful tool for developing strength and coordination. TRX is an efficient full-body strength training tool that can help you sculpt your shoulders, arms, back, abs, legs and glutes. Instructors demonstrate variations on specific exercises allowing you to train at the level that works for you.
