TRI-ing Something New: An Introduction to Triathlon for Women with Jessica Frazier and Julianne Kanzaki.

Cycling Class 1:30pm-2:30pm.
 

Have you ever wanted to complete a triathlon but thought, "I could never do that!" or "Where do I start?" Don't bury that dream just yet. You CAN swim, bike, run...and unlock a positive attitude that allows you to accomplish much more in life.


Julianne and I were there once. We were clueless, but curious. And now, after completing countless triathlons, we want to share the lessons we've learned along the way and introduce you to the joy that comes with stepping outside of your comfort zone.

Join us for an afternoon where we'll answer all your questions- especially the ones you've been too afraid or embarrassed to ask. You'll be surrounded by other women interested in this sport, like you. You won't be alone.

You'll learn the basics of cycling during a spin class, taught by CRUfit's own Ironman cycling instructor.  CYCLING CLASS SIGN-UP  Learn how to fuel before, during and after training by Julianne, a registered dietitian. Your body will stretch and cool down in a 30 minute yoga session, targeted for triathletes.
