Hannah took her first indoor cycling class 12 years ago in Spain and immediately fell in love with its intensity. With a background in theater and dance, Hannah dreamed of leading her own classes someday that combined great music, class interaction, and, of course, sweat. While living in NYC, Hannah became certified and began subbing classes, but it wasn't until moving back to the Bay Area and launching her own consultancy that Hannah could fully commit to teaching.
Today, while still focusing on having fun, Hannah uses indoor cycling to help riders improve as athletes. When she isn't working, Hannah is generally training for triathlons or marathons and can often be found chasing her dog on East Bay Regional Park trails. Hannah is an Oakland native and lives in the Dimond District with her husband, Eric, and labrador, Sailor.
