SPRING/SUMMER 2018 - Begins May 8th 

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4:00-5:45pm | with Dante Rodrigues

A good fit for youth ages 10-16. Build fitness while doing a fun variety of activities including: boxing, martial arts, obstacle courses, agility drills, strength training, cycling and rowing. 

Dante Rodriguez has worked with teens and children as a mentor and coach for many years. He previously taught Shaolin Kung Fu to children at the Great Strength Academy. For the past 6 years he has been teaching workshops on fitness and wellness with the Youth Training Project which serves current and former foster youth. This year, Dante began teaching full-body strength training, boxing and martial arts in CRUfit's after-school program for teens and tweens.

Dante holds a certification from the National Personal Training Institute. He has a strong background in eastern traditions including Chinese Martial Arts, Qigong, Tai Chi and yoga, as well as Thai and American boxing and strength training.

Dante is also personal trainer and group exercise instructor for adults at CRUfit. 

in addition to the online waiver which appears during creating a CRUfit account, we require a paper copy to be signed by participant and their parent/guardian before taking their first class. We have waivers available at the front desk or DOWNLOAD WAIVER and have your tween/teen turn it in at the front desk.
