CRUgroove Dance Workout (2 credits)
An eclectic mix of music and moves to make you smile, exercise memory, challenge coordination, and inspire a good time! There’s a warm-up which includes mobility, joint isolation exercises, and dynamic stretches, a FUN follow-along choreography to classics and current pop music, strengthening and toning calisthenics, and a simple cool-down. For all ages & fitness levels.
