Lydia has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2010 and is also a Certified Massage Therapist. She is also certified in Crossfit kettlebell and TRX, and has trained in contact Muay Thai and traditional boxing for the past 6 years. Lydia has worked with clients of all ages and physical abilities, both one on one, and in a group/class setting. She is encouraging and supportive of each individual she works with, regardless of their current fitness level. Come to her classes to be personally challenged, get sweaty, and ultimately to have fun while doing something good for yourself!
