Lala entered the fitness industry in 2000 after a successful career as a stockbroker in London. She became a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Works and Ana Forrest Yoga Studio. After teaching yoga for several years, she moved to the Bay Area where she was certified by ITT (Integrated Teacher Training) and PMA Pilates Schools. Recently, Lala received further accreditations from NASM as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, as well as TRX trainer. Lala enjoys working with active and older adults while respecting their health and age limitations. She designs individualized programs that help achieve their fitness goals, such as increase strength and stamina, weight loss, improved balance, and easing stiffness and pain.
