Diana has been a trainer for 13 years at numerous gyms throughout the Baltimore and the San Francisco Bay Area. She has taught fitness boot camps, yoga, strength and conditioning, weightlifting, and TRX suspension training classes, as well as one-on-one personal training. Diana is TRX certified, ACE certified, a Board Certified Sports Medicine Dietitian, and a Registered Dietitian. When she isn’t “working,” you might find her lifting weights, boxing, mountain biking, road biking, swimming, running, or simply loving the outdoors.
