Cassandra Hazen is a movement junkie, joining the CRUfit team with more than 10 years of group fitness experience and a Personal Training certification from NASM. A lifetime athlete and dancer, Cassandra discovered functional strength training as a way to rehabilitate dance injuries, but quickly became addicted to feeling strong and integrating her strength gains into everything else in life. She avidly preaches about the importance of proper alignment and mobility when practicing dynamic movement, and credits TRX as a sidekick in her mission. Cassandra will challenge you to move in new ways, and the good tunes will disguise your burn.
